Hammerson is pleased to announce a series of new openings and brand investments at Dundrum Town Centre, reinforcing its position as Ireland's leading mixed-use destination. M&S has extended its lease and is undertaking a multi-million-euro investment in an exciting transformation of its store, due to relaunch in summer 2026. Zara is also making a major investment to upsize and upgrade its store, increasing its footprint by 43%, with completion scheduled for late autumn. These investments build on recent upgrades at Dundrum following 27 refits during 2025.
Dundrum continues to enhance its fashion, beauty and lifestyle offer with a strong pipeline of openings in 2026. Award-winning Irish skincare brand Pestle & Mortar has just opened, soon to be joined by British lifestyle brand Crew Clothing, while luxury jewellery and accessories brand Swarovski will launch opposite Brown Thomas. These build on the opening of The Fragrance Shop in November, located next to Hollister which was also recently upgraded.
Dundrum has further strengthened its position as a dining and leisure destination. Vice Pizza is launching a new restaurant in Pembroke District and salad bar Sprout & Co. is set to open a new outlet. These follow a series of high-profile openings including French patisserie Ladurée, plant-based café Nutbutter and American fried chicken brand, Slim Chickens which is making its Irish debut in Pembroke Square beneath Lane7.
Hammerson is also well advanced with a re-purposing of the unit previously occupied by Donnybrook Fair, with plans to split the space into a standalone ground floor unit and a separate large-scale dining offer on the first floor. With high occupancy levels at over 98%, demand by brands is expected to be high.
Claire Macken, Country Director at Hammerson, commented: "These new openings and investments demonstrate the strength of Dundrum Town Centre and the confidence leading Irish and international brands have in our destination. We are proud to attract best-in-class occupiers and to continually evolve the experience for our customers. With strong demand, ongoing investment and an expanding mix of brands, Dundrum Town Centre is well positioned for continued growth in 2026 and beyond."
Eddie Murphy, Country Director for M&S in Ireland and Northern Ireland, commented: "We can't wait to open the doors to our transformed Dundrum store and welcome customers to enjoy everything they love about M&S in a fresh, modern space. From trusted value and great quality in our fashion, home and beauty collections to the delicious food in our much‑loved Foodhall, it's been designed to bring the very best of M&S together under one roof."
