Hammerson is pleased to announce that Zara Home will open its first ever standalone store in Ireland at Dundrum Town later this year, marking a significant milestone for the Irish market. The arrival represents another major differentiator for Dundrum Town, further reinforcing its position as Ireland’s leading retail-led, mixed-use destination.

The new 15,854 sq ft store will occupy a prime location in Town Square and will serve as a new anchor brand in the highly sought-after Pembroke District.

Zara Home will bring its signature contemporary design concept and curated home collections to Irish customers – offering a wide range of homewares, including bedroom, living, dining and bathroom accessories.

The new store comes on the back of Zara’s ongoing major expansion and refurbishment of its existing store inside Dundrum Town’s main centre, increasing its footprint by 43% from 26,300 sq ft to 37,700 sq ft. The enhanced flagship store is due to complete by late autumn and will introduce an elevated store design and enhanced customer experience. Earlier this year, Hammerson also announced that M&S has extended its lease and is undertaking a multi-million-euro investment in an exciting store transformation, due later in winter 2026.

Claire Macken, Country Director at Hammerson, said, “We are delighted that Zara Home has chosen Dundrum Town for its market debut in Ireland. Zara Home will be a fantastic addition and will complement our premium brand mix and enhance overall customer experience. This announcement, alongside Zara’s significant upsizing and refurbishment, is a substantial vote of confidence in Dundrum as Ireland's leading destination for global retailers and in the strength of the Irish retail market.”
