Following the announcement on 15 December 2021, Hammerson today announces that the Company and its joint venture partner Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have completed the disposal of Silverburn to entities affiliated with Henderson Park and Eurofund [1] for a cash consideration of £140m [2].
