Brent Cross, London
We continue to work with our joint venture partner, Aberdeen Standard Investments, to review plans for the future of Brent Cross to ensure development addresses changing customer and occupier requirements and include a greater mixed-use element than originally planned.
We remain in active discussions with local stakeholders to support the ongoing third-party regeneration including the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station and the mixed-use regeneration to the south of Brent Cross.
Eastgate Quarter, Leeds
We are currently working on preliminary plans for Eastgate Quarter in liaison with Leeds City Council. The plans are still at a very early stage and the next step will be to work-up a planning application for the site, which will be a new mixed-use quarter for Leeds City Centre, opening the area up for the community to enjoy.
Dundrum Village, Dublin
We are working closely with the local planning authority.
Bristol Broadmead
Callowhill Court is a 9-acre site adjacent to Cabot Circus, Bristol. We are currently working up plans for a mixed-use scheme and look forward to sharing these proposals with the local community ahead of a planning submission.
Pavilions Phase 3, Dublin
Hammerson, along with our joint venture partner Irish Life, own 18-acres of land adjacent to our flagship destination, Swords Pavilions, in north Dublin.
Plans are still at an early stage, but the aim is to bring the site forward as a mixed-use scheme.
