Brent Cross, London

We continue to work with our joint venture partner, Aberdeen Standard Investments, to review plans for the future of Brent Cross to ensure development addresses changing customer and occupier requirements and include a greater mixed-use element than originally planned.  

We remain in active discussions with local stakeholders to support the ongoing third-party regeneration including the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station and the mixed-use regeneration to the south of Brent Cross. 

Croydon, London

The Croydon Partnership (a joint venture between Hammerson and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) is currently in the process of reviewing plans for the regeneration of Whitgift and Centrale in Croydon Town Centre.

The review includes exploring how the retail environment needs to adapt and the potential for a broader mix of uses for the scheme.

Any revisions to the masterplan will be worked up in consultation with businesses and residents along with Croydon Council, the Greater London Authority and local stakeholders. The proposals will need to be flexible with the ability to adapt over time and so it is likely that there will be a comprehensive overall masterplan that can be delivered in phases.

Eastgate Quarter, Leeds 

We are currently working on preliminary plans for Eastgate Quarter, the site adjacent to our flagship destination Victoria Leeds, in liaison with Leeds City Council. The plans are still at a very early stage and the next step will be to work-up a planning application for the site, which will be a new mixed-use quarter for Leeds City Centre, opening the area up for the community to enjoy.  

Dundrum Village, Dublin

Plans are still at an early stage but we are working closely with the local planning authority and hope to finalise a proposal in 2021, ahead of the submission of a planning application 

Bristol Broadmead 

Callowhill Court is a 9-acre site adjacent to Cabot Circus, Bristol. We are currently working up plans for a mixed-use scheme and look forward to sharing these proposals with the local community ahead of a planning submission.  

Pavilions Phase 3, Dublin

Hammerson, along with our joint venture partner Irish Life, own 18-acres of land adjacent to our flagship destination, Swords Pavilions, in north Dublin.

Plans are still at an early stage, but the aim is to bring the site forward as a mixed-use scheme with planning submission targeted for 2023.
