Sephora UK and Hollister pick Brent Cross for latest stores

Hammerson announces that global beauty retailer Sephora UK and lifestyle casualwear brand Hollister will open new stores at Brent Cross, building on a series of openings during the destination's 50th anniversary year. These latest brand investments follow the exchange of 18 lease agreements in the first half of 2026, supporting a strategy to attract a broader customer base.

The new Sephora UK store will occupy approximately 4,500 sq ft of space and will open in the winter. It will provide Sephora UK's world-renowned beauty experience to customers in North London for the first time, including sought-after brands and "Only At Sephora" favourites, alongside expert advisors, personalised services and immersive experiences. The store will be the sixth Sephora in Hammerson's portfolio and further highlights the role of strong brand partnerships.

Hollister is also joining Brent Cross's line-up with a new 6,500 sq ft store, bringing its globally recognised youth fashion brand offering casual, California-inspired apparel and accessories to the destination. Its offer is targeted at a teen and young adult customer base through its on-trend, accessible fashion offer.

Sephora UK and Hollister were identified as the most requested brands by customers at Brent Cross. Further recent openings and signings designed to enhance the customer offer include a new Miniso, an upsized Mango, a major go-karting and leisure space by TeamSport and the District food hall.

Catherine Wade, Leasing Manager at Hammerson, said: "As one of the most recognisable names in global beauty retail, Sephora UK will further strengthen our beauty and lifestyle offer at Brent Cross. Together with Hollister, they will provide customers with more exciting reasons to visit and build on our continued momentum. They reflect the confidence of leading international brands in Brent Cross and the strength of our North London catchment."

Over the past five years, Brent Cross has benefited from over £20m of investment, transforming its offer to meet evolving customer expectations and attract leading global brands. Brent Cross is the cornerstone of North London's retail offer and comprises approximately 936,000 sq ft of retail space, more than 120 stores, and serves a catchment of customers across London and the South East.
