Ravenhead Retail Park was acquired by Hammerson in March 2007. The scheme is a high specification, modern retail park that was developed in several phases from 2000 to 2006 and includes over 1,300 car parking spaces. It has an Open A1/bulky goods planning consent. Redevelopment of the former Currys unit, currently being undertaken, will add three new retailers to the park.
