Elliott’s Field is a next generation shopping park. Anchored by a Debenhams department store and M&S general merchandise store, the scheme accommodates 16 new fashion, home and catering brands including Fat Face, River Island and Ed’s Easy Diner.
The park is one of the very few UK shopping parks to have achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
In 2017, the park’s Phase II development completed, adding homeware brands DFS, Dwell, Oak Furniture Land, Sofology and Tapi amongst others. The extension achieved a world first in being accredited BREEAM “Outstanding” in its design stage.
