More brands flock to Victoria Gate, Leeds

Hammerson has secured four new aspirational brands for its £165 million development, Victoria Gate, which will open its doors to the public this Thursday (20 October).  Cath Kidston, Bailey Nelson, Ghost and Diverso and are all set to join the vibrant retail and restaurant line up at the scheme.

Much-loved quintessentially British lifestyle brand, Cath Kidston is to open a new 96m² store. A welcome addition to the scheme, the store will offer shoppers the brand’s iconic range of fashion and accessories.

Ghost, London’s heritage fashion house, has taken an 80m² unit that will offer its contemporary and luxurious clothing lines. Its Victoria Gate store will be the brands only boutique outside of London, marking its Leeds debut.

Also opening its first boutique outside of London, Bailey Nelson is set to bring its selection of style-savvy glasses and sunglasses to Leeds with a 60m² store next to Aspinal of London.

Another new brand coming to Leeds is young creative menswear brand, Diverso.  The 60m² store will be the third in its portfolio, showcasing its innovative British tailoring and relaxed fashion designs.

The new additions join the already dynamic mix of premium retailers and restaurants, including Le Pain Quotidien, Neom Organics, Hackett, Tommy Hilfiger, Anthropologie, GANT, Calvin Klein, and international restaurant group D&D. Together with Victoria Quarter, the new 53,400m² Victoria Leeds estate will create an indulgent retail and leisure destination for the North.
