Hammerson launches Customer Strategy

Hammerson this week launched its Customer Strategy to an audience of around 80 retailers at the Imagination Gallery in the West End.

The strategy is designed to build on Hammerson’s existing customer relationships, generating value for retailers and for Hammerson by focusing on key metrics including retail sales, affordability and customer satisfaction.

At the event, Hammerson also provided feedback on its Customer Survey, which encompassed interviews with around 50 customers to gain perceptions of value and to gain feedback on actions the Company could take to improve its level of service.
