Hammerson has secured new retailers for over 2,100m2 (23,400ft2) of space at its retail and leisure development Les Terrasses du Port in Marseille.
Designer brand Hugo Boss will open a 300m2 (3,200ft2) store, situated on the second level of the development, adjacent to luxury brand Michael Kors and anchor department store Printemps.
Joining Hugo Boss on the scheme’s top retail level is lifestyle brand Eden Park. Founded by former French Rugby champion Franck Mesnel in 1987, Eden Park will take a 150m2 (1,600ft2) store showcasing menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, and homeware ranges. French furniture retailer Maisons du Monde will open a 1,100m2 (11,800ft2) store on the same level. Founded in France in 1990, the brand now has stores in Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Luxembourg.
International footwear brand Havaianas will open a 12m2 (130ft2) kiosk, its first in a French shopping centre. Spanish retailer Desigual will take a 350m2 (3,800m2) store, showcasing its trademark vibrant fashion collections for men and women. Both brands will be located on Les Terrasses du Port’s first level, amongst other international favourites such as Zara, Mango and Pull&Bear.
Additional brands signed up include urban t-shirt brand Eleven Paris, nail bar Beauty Bar One and hair salon Pascal Lancien.

Les Terrasses du Port, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, will include 160 shops and 20 restaurants over 4 levels, and restaurant and event terraces. Opening in May 2014, other retailers at the development include Monoprix, H&M, Bose and Ted Baker
