Reporting to the UK Leasing Director, and with management responsibility for one or more F&B/Leisure Executives, the purpose of this role is to manage customer relationships and performance in the catering and leisure categories, maintain and generate revenue from assigned customers and shopping centres by building relationships, developing customer strategy and managing leasing lifecycles. Effectively lead, manage and motivate the team working closely with other SLMs and UK Leasing Director to ensure portfolio strategy is aligned.
Key aspects of the role will include maximising and generating new income, managing the leasing lifecycle, customer relationship management and new lead generation, managing both retailer and internal relationships, and leading and managing both internal and external teams.
In order to be successful in this role the ideal candidate will be of degree calibre, with a demonstrable depth of experience in F&B/leisure required. They will have knowledge of leasing and commercial terms and experience of making difficult judgements about customer profitability, a track record or building effective customer relationships, and strong leadership skills. A track record of handling highly complex customer accounts, developing strategic plan and of successful transactions is essential.
