Location: Silverburn, Glasgow
Reporting to the Business Support Manager you will be part of the Business Support team, whose role is to ensure a high level of communication both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities of the role will include proactively welcoming all visitors, and assisting in their queries in a professional and supportive manner, and ensuring that reception activities comply with relevant policy, procedure and legislation e.g. data protection and health and safety legislation. You will also manage all telephone enquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner, assist with work from the wider Business Support team, and undertake any general administration duties such as photocopying, filing and typing as required. As well as this the role will require you to assist the Retail Business Manager as required, to participate in test and emergency situations, including fire and bomb incidents, as well as cooperating fully and promptly with any accident investigation carried out by the Company.
In order to be successful in this role you will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with good IT skills and previous administration experience. You will also have good numeracy and communication skills – both verbal and written, as well as an approachable and friendly manner, and professional appearance and telephone manner.
