Espace Saint Quentin
A shopping village in the heart of the city, Espace Saint Quentin combines a department store with an outdoor leisure area and restaurants.
Acquired by Hammerson in 1994, the scheme is part of a larger mixed-use development including residential, offices, a hotel and a food court. Anchored by Carrefour, the centre was extended in 1999 and 2002.
The single-level retail element has direct access to car parking providing 4,600 spaces. A 5,800m2 restructuring programme was completed in 2007. Hammerson sold a 75% interest in the scheme to Allianz in 2010.
