Manor Walks, Cramlington

Manor Walks Shopping Centre and the adjoining Westmorland Retail Park form the core retail area of Cramlington which is situated nine miles north of Newcastle.

Proposals to extend the retail park are being progressed. The plans include the construction of a multiplex cinema and restaurants with pre-lets to Vue and Prezzo. Construction has commenced and the development will open in mid 2013. A further phase, including a pre-let to Marks & Spencer Simply Food, will commence construction this year and open towards the end of 2013.
