In a recent campaign at West Quay, Southampton, for Nintendo’s X-Box 360, a consumer experience-based campaign in the mall generated an attractive return on investment measured in terms of point of purchase activity. The centre’s Game store reported an additional £27,000 of revenue from X-Box sales during the promotion. In a separate operation at The Oracle in Reading, Ideal Home captured more than 2,200 contacts over two days for its database to promote the Ideal Home Show.
